How it Works

Ordering your favorite gift set is easier than ever! 

  1. Select your favorite gift set or individual items from the many options available from tournament gifting to new member gift. 
  2. Select the quantity of sets or items you need and Add to Cart. 
  3. Once you're ready to checkout, simply click the shopping cart in the top right corner and enter your shipping information.
  4. Enter your gift card code provided and complete the purchase.
  5. Orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed the next day and you can expect a proof to be sent to you by a member of the BirdieBox team before any production is completed.
  6. Your items will ship within 14 business days of approving a proof from a member of the BirdieBox team.

This is a PRIVATE website only to be used by select clubs who participate in membership. Only authorized BirdieBox approved members can leverage this site and sub-wholesale pricing. 
 
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS? 
1. Private Country Club or Resort purchases a minimum gift card of $2,500. 
2. Gift cards can be used by any authorized person at the Club (Head Golf Pro, DOG, Tournament Coordinator, Sales Manager, GM, etc.)
3. Once the gift card is purchased, a digital card with a gift code will be sent to the recipient.  
4. Once you make a purchase, enter the gift card code at checkout 
5. Once the gift card value depletes to $0 or close to it, another $2,500 can be added to the gift card and billed to the credit card on file with club's approval. 
6. Gift cards have a 24 month expiration date from time of sale

All pricing is 10-20% off of our traditional wholesale pricing (pricing discounts vary by product and vendor).
There are no minimum order quantities or additional set-up costs.
Club can purchase a stand-alone custom gift box and add their own products to the box; no product purchase is necessary.

You are able to add your Club logo, Tournament logo, Members Name, Date or any copy whatsoever to the box.
